Standing tall at a height of 320 meters, Palais Royale has 88 floors. Built on the land of Shreeram Mills, the massive project faced financial difficulties that also led to its auction. Eventually, it was acquired by Honest Shelter Private Limited, the new promoters.

In 2013, the booking price for a flat in Palais Royale was around Rs 27 crore. Today, the cost of the most affordable flat in India’s tallest building is approx Rs 40 crore. The whopping amount showcases Palais Royale’s premium appeal and exclusivity.

The Burj Khalifa, standing tall at a height of 2,716.5 feet, has 163 floors. The skyscraper offers 304 hotel rooms, and includes 900 upscale apartments. It is equipped with 58 elevators and provides 2,957 parking spaces. Additionally, the building features 37 floors designated for office use, showcasing a neo-futurist architectural style.

Buying a house at Burj Khalifa is not as impossible as it seems. The price of an apartment ranges from Rs 3 crore to Rs 14 crore approximately.
According to a Dubai housing website, the cost of a 1 BHK apartment in Burj Khalifa is AED 1,600,000 (approx Rs 3.73 crore), while a 2 BHK flat is priced at AED 2,500,000 (around Rs 5.83 crore). The price for a 3 BHK flat at the same location is AED 6,000,000 (approx Rs 14 crore).
